Lara Dias Hill

Founder

Lara is a fully qualified and accredited Level 2 Reiki therapist with a diploma in Meditation Teaching. She is also currently studying for a degree in Neuroscience at the University of Bristol. Upon graduation, Lara aims to combine the two, to blend science and holistic therapies with a Somatic approach. Lara has a background in Leadership Development, having led teams in the NHS, Education and Food industry for the last decade. The highlight in her career in Leadership was watching her teams grow, develop and thrive, with an emphasis on inspiring others to achieve their goals. Lara adores animals and part of her own healing journey, came from welcoming in two beautiful dogs into the family. The dogs zest for life and compassion has taught her so much. She is her most comfortable self when out in nature with her girls and husband. Lara's mission in life is to spread as much happiness and kindness to other living souls.
